Grip, Sights, trigger the 3 pillars- Focus on holding 3-4 groups at 15-21-30 feet
DRYFIRE 3x week for 10 mins. Focus on pulling the trigger with minimal to no front sight movement (don't lie to yourself). Practice getting grip at subconscious level, practice picking the gun up from a table and having instant grip as quick as possible.

2)Practice fundamentals at a distance of 30-40-50-60-75 feet or even out to 200 yards, trying to hold a consistent 3-4 inch group. Also we can start to play with speed with doubles. 2 rounds and 2 sight pictures. Work on tension and allowing the gun minimal rise in recoil and returning to zero naturally and effortlessly. 1 round test fundamentals but 2 or more rounds test grip.
DRYFIRE 3x week for 10 mins. Focus on pulling the trigger with minimal to no front sight movement. Dry Fire holster draw IWB/OWB and side step, stepping either left or right before shooting as well as magazine reloads.
Time to pick up a shot timer!
3)introduction to holster and movement, holster draw, start slow and work slow and smooth and build confidence. Start moving and shooting such as getting off the X, move off the line with a side step and draw and fire multiple shots, this can be done in a booth.
Dry Fire 3x week Fundamentals from a holster, work on efficiency and smoothness. Feel free to add movement as well as multiple target engagements.
4)Continue fine tuning fundamentals at a distance of 30 feet and farther. Also, welcome to the BILL Drill which is 1 of my favorites. 6 rounds 21 feet on to USPSA A sized target roughly 11x6 inches. Bills are one of the best tests of grip, start slow and start to speed up if groups are too tight, test speed to the point that most are in the box but expect a few shots to land outside our target area. Shoot at the speed of your sights, if sights are there pull the trigger, if not do not pull trigger but we never want to shoot faster than our sights.
Dry Fire 3x a week Fundamentals from a holster with movement and multiple target engagement, work vision and moving upon muzzle rise the eyes, head and then gun when transitioning from target to target.

Once we have grip at a sub conscious level, we can start pushing speed. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast is bullshit and does not work. Push the speed in dry fire and true it up with live fire. Be sure to use video to self diagnosis as well as send to me for a free critique. Also other areas of focus could be
Competitions
Force on Force
Retention/Defensive shooting
Working in and around vehicles
Trauma class such as stop the Bleed (not fundamentals but still important)
Continue pushing the limits of accuracy and speed.

Welcome to Trigger Gerk
I focus on 1 on 1 training as well as some structured classes. the growth I see from new and seasoned shooters in 1 on 1's are explosive! 5-inch groups at 75 feet are not unheard of (certainly not guaranteed) at all after the first 45 mins of instruction and first 50 rounds.
